Successful Treatment of Pitytiasis Rosea in 22 years old female patient

Pityriasis rosea, also known as Christmas tree rash, in a gently rash of the skin. Its symptoms are large red scaly patch which is followed by pinkish spots which are smaller in nature [1]. This disease is caused by HHV-7, herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) and HHV-8 [2].
A 22 years old female with 46Kg weight observed an infection of Pitytiasis Rosea on 7th August 2024 with the spots on the body. After one week, many red spots were reported on the thigh (figure 1a, figure 1b), breast and arm (figure 2) and leg (figure 3). As a result, the patient visited the doctor on 9 November 2024 whose treatment with Ketokenozole failed to cure the patient. In addition, she got treatment of CyraD and Rxi on 20 November 2024. On 4 December 2024, she got treatment by Derm Silk cream, Dermadew Shower Gel, Rxi, pylend ayurvedic cream. She used to drink plenty of water. However, no recovery was reported.
In turn, she decided to try new treatment.  She updated her diet with high level of water and vegetables with combination of Derm Silk and Ketoconazole soap resulting into the recovery (figure 4) from the disease.  However, dark spots were still present on the affected body parts.
